Jim and I feel we got the best realtors in not only Sun City West, but the Phoenix area. Lona King and Billy Heinzman did a fantastic job in the following areas: presentation to us in presenting what they felt would sell the house based on their experience, they were professional, down to earth, and great listeners to our questions or concerns. Lona knew the territory of Sun City West which is vast compared to another realtor we interviewed. Both Lona and Billy didn't rush through the presentation yet seemed to cover all aspects that as sellers we wanted to know. What really blew our minds was the confidence they had on how fast the house would sell. They were honestly stating that the condition of our home and garden was special. At first we just thought it was a sales approach and not until a few week in preparing to sell the home did we realize just how much Lona and Billy worked at preparing marketing the property. It blew our minds! The brochure, the professional photographer, the well written description of the house with a few chosen words, placing the colored brochures in the holder on the for sale sign and much more. The details were exceptional! Not only that, Billy created a brochure in color of all the plants I had with their common and scientific names that were a big hit with the public. When I showed my neighbor the marketing brochures she was blown away with all of it and loved the plant brochure because she doesn't know the names of many plants and can learn from the plant brochure. She wanted all the information I had on Lona and Billy because she has a friend who is thinking of selling her home. In closing, I want to mention that the sale price of the house, which we thought was a little to high, Lona rightly said one can always come down in price but rarely go up. She was spot on. The second person who came to see the house bought it at a price that we were hoping for, which was lower than the listed price. So buyer and seller are happy. We have raved about Lona and Billy too everyone we know who might now or in the future need a realtor. I gave our brochure to all I could and told them to remember their names.
